Calibration
Calibration is an essential part of collecting accurate, trustworthy
data. Lansmont Corporation uses the highest quality components
available along with NIST standards and traceable instruments to verify
your equipment. All calibrations include certificates and data
sheets when applicable.

Compression:

Calibrated using the ASTM E4-02
Standard Practice for verifying force readings. Only Gold
Standard load cells are used, rendering highly accurate values
from between the platens.

Shock:
|
Several generations of shock
data acquisition systems are still supported. All are
calibrated utilizing traceable instruments and standards.

Vibration:
|
The vibration control engine is
calibrated using a software routine comparing the drive signal
and all available channels to generate a calibration file.
A NIST traceable meter verifies the values to insure accurate
output and response.

Drop:
|
With the only Drop Test System calibration available, Lansmont will verify your machine is
still dropping flat.
