And the Winners Are...

Last year, Lansmont initiated a Customer Support Survey, to gather valuable feedback from those customers that had received services from our Customer Support Group. Our Support Technicians hand-delivered survey invitation cards (as seen below) while visiting customer installations.

It is always flattering to hear from you, our customers, what we are doing well. More importantly, however, we also appreciate when our customers let us know about things that they think we could change to better serve their needs.

As part of our corporate quality initiative, we're committed to both capturing and reviewing customer feedback in pursuit of continuous improvement initiatives.

Our primary focus has always been to provide value-creating solutions for our customers so we greatly appreciate the time you have taken to rate our performance. Since initiating our survey, customer participation has been great and those that completed our Support Survey were entered into a kick-off  drawing for an iPod Touch.
