In-house calibration lab

Lansmont's in-house calibration lab offers comprehensive calibration capabilities, servicing Lansmont test and measurement instruments, as well as most makes of accelerometer.

Our calibration lab is also ANAB Accredited (ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994).

What is included in a service and support plan?

Lansmont service and support plans give you unlimited access to technical support, with guaranteed response times, from your technical peers who are well-versed in equipment use, diagnostics and the application of testing methodologies.

Service

Our service provides the necessary calibration and maintenance to ensure your test equipment is accurately and reliably delivering results you can trust.

Preventative Maintenance (Annual)

Ensures your equipment is maintained and working properly, including a detailed report of services performed and recommendations for maintaining optimal performance.

Calibration (Annual)

Ensures your equipment and components are operating within specification, including customer copies of calibration certificates and calibration traceability certificates.

Repair or replacement

We will ensure equipment components are operating with specification and repair or replace, as required.

Support

Our technical support is the best in the business! You may have questions about how using your equipment for a new application or need help diagnosing a problem.

Software/firmware updates

Software revision updates to maintain equipment uptime, as required. Updating firmware version during calibration or maintenance visits, as required.

Replacement of consumable parts as part of calibration or maintenance schedule.

Technical support

We don't stop until your issue is resolved. Unlimited technical support through our our online case systems with guaranteed response times.

On-site support

Where necessary to resolve a support issue, a Lansmont Field Service Engineer will arrange to examine the equipment on-site.

Travel expenses

Lansmont Field Service Engineer travel or on-site expenses incurred are already covered.

Labor/warranted parts

Lansmont Field Service Engineer on-site service and repair, including parts covered under the terms of our standard warranty.
